The Program Statement, rooted in 200 years of architectural tradition, calls for a small motel with a self-serve kitchen, private dining room, business center, classroom, gym, repair shop, ADA compliance, public access, an apparent excess of storage space including hazardous waste, an over sized garage capable of withstanding the Forces of Nature and enough concrete and parking to drive the Planning Department crazy.
